I purchased NIS 2012 from the Norton Website. I downloded NISDownloader.exe but when I run the program it starts initializing the Norton Download Manager than after a second or two stops and shuts down.
System is Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3
My browser is Firefox 7.0.1 Have also tried from Internet Explorer but that didn't make any difference.
I tried the Norton Removal Tool and that didn't make any difference.
