NIS 2010 - Outlook 2010 - Windows 7 Professional

Hi,

 

I cant seem to install chat, it just wont install on windows 7 (just started using windows 7), so I will make a post.

 

I had to do a reinstall on my PC, and now NIS does not appear in my outlook.

 

Any suggestions
