NIS 2010 - Outlook Express don`t send E-Mails with attachment

Hi,

I have installed NIS 2010.

When I want to send an E-Mail with attachment it doesn`t work.

I comes no message no error, nothing.

The E-Mail goes immediately from "Outbox" to "sended objects"

 

But when I send an E-Mail without attachment ist works.

 

When I turn off the check of outgoing E-Mail it works with attachment too.

 

Why???
