NIS 2010 & Outlook Express: "Welcome to Norton AntiSpam" Box displayed at each Startup

I just upgraded from NIS 2009 to NIS 2010 (v 17.7.0.12).  I know this issue was addressed and solved last September (2009) for Outlook 2003, and I tried the same suggestion given, without success for Outlook Express 6 [deactivated AntiSpam in NIS settings and then reactivated it again afterward].  I, too, checked the "Don't show this again" box, which has no effect either. :smileysad:

 

I never encountered this "Welcome" box in NIS 2009, and find it really annoying!  If someone has found a permanent solution, I look forward to reading it here.  Many thanks in advance!

Hello Suze1159 and welcome!

 

Open the main Norton User Interface and go to Network Settings > Email Protection > AntiSpam.  At the bottom of that list, turn off "Welcome Screen".

 

Let us know if that solves your issue.
