This is a new post to remind Symantec that a status update and good faith fix availability date is eagerly awaited for the NIS 2010 Parental Controls problem (under Win7) first reported Nov 25, 2009, independently recreated by Symantec Dec 1, 2009, with Root Cause Analysis completed by Symantec Jan 7, 2010.
