Just upgraded To Norton Internet Security 2010. When playing games on pogo.com about every 20mins. To 30 min. The games will freeze for about 10 To 30 secs. Have been on with tech support and 3 times they uninstalled and reinstalled without this helping. They remotely changed some settings but this didn't help. When they uninstalled and i played pogo games they worked fine. Hope someone can help. Thank you

Was in chat with norton agent. He tried changing settings ans it didn’t help. Don’t know about add on pack but will look for it. Thank you

A lot of those games I believe are dependent on Java. Please try uninstalling your java's and installing the latest version of Java even if you already have the latest Java. If you have any old versions of Java, uninstall those too. Perhaps your problem is being caused by Java. It's worth a try to see if it improves. You could also try putting on Silent Mode while you are playing just in case it is some background task that might be interfering. Thanks
