I'd like to first say sorry for asking a question that probably has been addressed before. I have spent sometime searching this forum to a clearly defined answer or set of instructions for my problem, which is...
...I upgraded to the most current version of NIS and paid my $50 for the renewal fee. I downloaded as the program suggested and it installed fine. I click on FULL SYSTEM SCAN and it did nothing for 48 hours. Also, no files were scanned or detected.
My first question is why? and my next question is how to fix this?
What do you need from me to correct this? (I'm sure I have some sort of virus)
