I have a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit system which came bundled with NIS 2010 version 17.0.0.136
The other day I quickly closed all my open browsers and programs and clicked restart and apparently Windows 7 didn't like that because It produced a startup error. My Windows XP system would get sluggish at times and I'd restart it leaving programs and browsers still open and it wouldn't restart untill it was good and ready, so I don't know why Windows 7 shut down so quickly if it wasn't ready. Anyway, the startup issue was resolved and the computer works like before except that Firefox and NIS 2010 stopped working.
When I try uninstalling NIS 2010 I get the following error message:
Norton Premium Services & One Click Support Player has stopped working

Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
