Last night i had the norton tech try for 1 hr to get the toolbar and the ip to get into the add ons of the browser , when he gave up he turned me over to his supervisor and for another hr and half he tried some same stuff and some different stuff to no avail. Deleting and reinstalling 2010 nis. He tried a different link for the nis download. He tried deleting and reinstalling firefox 3.6. He checked the updates for NIS2010 and said I had the patch 4 firefox. It was getting late so i had to let him go, but he said the norton engineering group was going to call me.
