Hello
I have got a new PC and went to install NIS 2010 on that. I thought it was a 3 user license, but may be wrong on that. On the old PC when I run Live Update it is showing 371 days remaining subscription, so it is a 2 year license. In my Norton account the 2008, 09, 07 are showing, but not this one.
When I used the CD to install on the new PC it told me the product code was invalid.
Can anyone explain what is happening please, and can I transfer it to the new PC, as the old one is dying?
This was purchased on e-bay as a download - have I bought something registered to someone else that has used all the licenses up??
