In the Network Security Map I have two devices listed , they are Wii Console and Dish Network DVR. What Trust Control should they be set at or doesn't it matter, Right now the are set at Shared.
Also, I have been having an issue with my wife's laptop when she tries to print sometimes the printer says it is offline. It is a HP Photosmart C5180. HP support is not very helpful. Any ideas.
The Laptop runs Windows 7-32bit.

NIS 2010 automatically detects devices that having sharing enabled. If you intend to interact with these devices via your network, then the Shared trust level would be appropriate.
To diagnose the printer issue, we would have to know more about how it is attached / accessed from your wife's laptop. Also, what type of security program is installed on that machine.
