Tried searching under keyword "photobucket" but no luck finding a solution to my problem.
I am unable to login to my Photobucket (PB) account. I can get to the login screen but after entering my user name and p/w the browser just hangs and comes back stating Internet Explorer cannot display page and diagnose connection. I can login at work and on 2 other home laptops. I believe my desktops have some sort of malware or have been attacked. 3 out of the 5 desktops/laptops at home cannot login into PB since I installed NIS 2010. The 3 desktops/lapts previously had NIS 2009 installed before the upgrade to NIS 2010.

What I have tried so far:
1)Full scan (in safe mode) but I just read an article on Norton Top Tech Issues - I need help with a threat on my computer. I did not follow the procedures to the tee and will try tonight and report back.
2) Installed latest update (released two days ago) from Norton. Funny thing is that on one of the desktops after the update was that it failed and stated that I needed to use the removal tool and reinstall NIS 2010. Which I did and I still cannot login to my PB account.
3) Reset IE 8
4) Ran full scan with Dr Spyware
5) Sent an email to Photobucket Tech Support and they sent a FAQ Checklist (which is available online) which I performed all of them with the exception of trying another browser (Firefox).
6) Windows is up to date with all window updates
All have failed on three out of the five desktops/laptops.
