I am in NIS 2009 and click Norton Account
A web page opens and I log in
I click Norton update center in order to check for latest product version
A Norton Update Centre page opens, I click "Update Me Now"
I am prompted to run autodetectpkg.exe which I do
at this point one of two things happens; either absolutely nothing, or the web page crashes and reports "This tab has been recovered .A problem with the web page caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab"
I have the same problem when I do the same check on a NIS 2010 machine.
