NIS 2010 Weird Idle Behavior

I'm trying out different internet security suites at the moment. I'm using a trial version of NIS 2010.

 

For a very weird reason, NIS believes that my computer is idle when it is not.

 

As you can see from this screenshot, I was playing HAWX, but NIS says that my system is idle. Notice the yellow part of the graph, some NIS tasks was running at the time, and it severely affected the game performance.

Here's another screenshot when I was registering for this forum - obviously the computer was NOT idle.

All settings are using their defaults. I haven't touch any of them yet.

 

Is there any explanation for this?
