Never downloaded in Red, My NIS 2010 was from a boxed version I purchased some time ago and was upgraded to NIS 2011 and the days of subsciption time was put on ( after being upgraded) by a Symnatec Technician. I have quite a long time left and that just showed up today I'm secure is there any thing I am NOW suppose to do, I've had Norton subcciptions for years, Help...Gorpy1 p.s It's been downloaded and working for a lomg time just fine
