Installed NIS on my 3 computers last week and now can not receive support calls via VNC Viewer. Suspect the port is blocked, but can not see a port listing by following NIS help instructions. In desperate need of solving this problem. Thanks to anyone.

Welcome to the Norton Community Forums
You should be able to go to Settings, Network Settings and under Smart Fiewall use the Program Control configuration to allow VNC access to/from your system.
My thanks to all; proble resolved. It was not NIS 2011 as suspected, it was a router upgrade that blew away my settings. The NIS is working fine.
