I am running XP Professional. I have just had a problem with NIS 2010 and a member of Norton staff remotely downloaded NIS 2011 on to my computer.
Problem 1: No sign of a way of scheduling a Full System Scan. Should the scheduling set up for NIS 2010 still work? Incidentally, I had automatic hibernation set to occur after 30 minutes. That no longer happens. Not sure whether it is related.
Problem 2: At the end of a manual Full System Scan the NIS window and the scanning window disappear from the screen and the "history" feature does not show the scan. It does show Idle Quick Scans.
