Everything was fine until today...
I'm not sure if it was due to a recent update (do mine automatically), but my NIS 2011 automatically disables everything after about ~10 minutes.
I have to restart the computer every time for my NIS to return back to normal.
The system is 100% virus / malware free, and I also use Spyware Doctor as another malware scanning program.
The History log shows this:
Error ID = 1
Module ID = 3052
Error Code = 0x80047813
Product Version = 18.6.0.29
Product Name = Norton Internet Security
Error Description = "NIS has encountered an internal program error
Lastly, whenever I try to shutdown my system... one of my SVCHOST.EXE files hangs forever, and I have to manually terminate it... this never happened before either.
The description is:

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on here?
Again, this just randomly started to happen today.
Oh... and if you're wondering, I always run my system from a Limited User Account.
My Admin / Norton Settings are both password locked.
