After installing NIS 2011, my document scanner quit working. None of the applications could find the driver.
I used the automatic Norton tool to do the install, the one that scans your computer for the proper download, then automatically downloads and installs the new version. My scanner uses the Epson TWAIN driver version 5.71A. I'm running XP Professional SP3.
I reverted back to 2010 by restoring a Ghost image, and the scanner started working normally again. Any way to install 2011 without hosing my scanner?
