NIS 2011 has been running smoothly for months. Then out of the blue it crashed today. It was running a background activity and when i moved the mouse it hung and then eventually gave me one of those Norton Framework messages. I checked the Windows Event Viewer and found the error message. The strange thing is that it said "The program ccSvcHst.exe 10.1.0.37 stopped interacting with Windows and closed." I have version 18.5.0.125. Why would the error message reference 10.1.0.37? I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
