NIS 2011 - Emails

I previously had NIS 2009 installed on my Computer.  A few days ago , because of my subscription was offered a FREE upgrade to NIS 2011. I downloaded this offer.

Since then I have had a problem sending emails - I can receive them OK.

My "Hotmail" account works fine - however I have been told that, this account is not affected due to the mail server being hosted on the internet.

I have visited "Norton's One Click Support", from my Norton product - to no avail.

 

I'm not too computer savvy - so I would appreciate any help I can get from this forum, to solve this problem.
