Dear all,
I have the NIS 2011 (version 18.1.0.37).
Since yesterday, whenever I go to the "Network Security Map" and then click the "Network Details" "Edit" link or any other link on page, I get the following error: "Symantec Service Framework has encountered a problem and needs to close"
From Windows event viewer I get the following information: "Faulting application ccsvchst.exe, version 10.1.0.37, faulting module symhtml.dll, version 5.5.0.45, fault address 0x00006783."
Regarding the solutions I have tried, I have already tried the classic "generic" ones: restart pc, close/open NIS etc. Please let me know what has happened to the symhtml.dll!
