Hi.
My NIS 2011 doesn't open after a reboot... It shows a grey icon with a slash on the tray and when I click on the icon it doesn't start at all. I tried reboot again but nothing. If I do a clean install will fixed again but when I do reboot again the grey icon shows again. I suspect that the problem caused from the sleep mode because most of the time I don't turn off my computer but I place him on sleep mode and when I need to restart him after reboot I have this problem.
