NIS 2011 IdentitySafe vs Windows Hotmail accounts login

Hallo,

The Dutch Norton Service Center refuses to get into my problem,so I post it here (again).

When Iog in on my Hotmail accounts (8) on both laptops, with Identity Safe, I get connection, but IdentitySafe asks me if I want to store my requested new login password. When in my account, after  5 seconds, the Norton IS request disappears. I have NOT asked for a new password.

If I tip 'yes' on the request,  the Hotmail login password changes to 'Null', and stored in Identity Safe like that. With 'Null' I cannot login.

If I tip 'help' on the request pop-up, I get the from InternetExplorer a message that webcontents try to open with Microsoft(r)HTM issued by Microsoft Windows. It does not say what webcontents, or, I don't how to discover that without risk.

This happens on all my Hotmail accounts, on 2 laptops. One laptop I have reset to 'out of the box' status. Problem resists.

But manually I still can enter the accounts, with the original password. I removed the Hotmail accounts from IdentitySafe and changed the password and secret questions, with IdentitySafe disabled. With IdentitySafe enabled, and direct login , IS asks to store the the new account. After stored the new account and login on Hotmail, all starts over again.

I have re-installed NIS2011, no change.

When I log in to my Hotmailaccounts with disabled Identity Safe, this phenomen does not occur.

Do you have any suggestion to eliminate these IdentitySafe pop-ups?

Rgds.
