I'm upgrading to NIS 2011 as I do once a yr. After choosing install,it downloads updates and it goes to ""initializing please wait"". That screen does not go away. I have tried numerous times to shut down and try again with same result on different machines. I made the Norton bootable recovery tool disc to check for infections , all OK
The exp.date shows one day remaining on my old NIS subscription but when I check for new version it says I have the NIS2011 but I was not asked to enter the new key
I've also tried to uninstall old ver and it does not respond to uninstall command
All other windows functions are OK This is the first problem I have encountered with NIS install
