I also have an instalation failure, but mine is a little different. I bought the 3 license IS 2011. I have never installed it. Tonight I tried and as soon as I start to read the CD, I get an error, asking me to send a crash report. (Both the CD and DVD drives on this PC) So my question is, can I download the trial, and use the product code to let it install, instead of entering all the registration stuff?
