Hi, I need some assistance please.
I purchased a CD-ROM 3 license NIS 2011 with 1 license already used and expiry April 2012.
I successfully installed the 2nd license onto my laptop using the CD and product key supplied with no problem. However, I cannot now seem to activate the 3rd license onto a Netbook with no CD-ROM drive....the original purchase was not registered by me so I cannot download the product via my Norton account.
I have managed to install the NIS 2011 software via a Norton link but cannot run the programme as I cannot see where to enter my product key code...any ideas?
