I have NIS 2010 installaedin my machine. I bought NIS2011 and isntalled and sucessfully activated it. When I double click the icon in the task bar, it says 2011 is the version installed and subscription status says 366 days remaining. But above it it also says your computer is at risk and there is a fix now button.When I click that it checks for few things online and it comes back and says all completed. when I close that screen, it says "protection update not fixed". I repeated this process multiple times and there is no progress. I am stuck here. Can some pls suggest me how to resolve this. The icon in the task bar has a RED cross because of this. Thank you,
