seen many issues on this topic in here and i have tried most to no avail. i run live update and seems to install everything else but the smart definitions. i have uninstalled the program, reinstalled, tried downloading liveupdate, restarting comp over n over, i cant continue doing that have limited internet usuage to b wasted on something thats not working. am on windows Xp sp3, guessing 32bit, NIS 2011 18.6.0.29. i have also tried that norton DNS
