HELP!!! I have NIS 2011, but NAV is 2009. I have been on automatic renewal for NAV 2009 so that doesn't expire until March 2012. However, I recently updated NIS to 2011 it had an automatic free trial for NAV, so now I get the message that the NIV is expired. I have tried to update all on my own, but have not had any success. I'm not sure what you will need to help with this matter.
