Running Vista Home Premium with NIS 2011 Version 18.6.0.29 1 year for 3 PCS but i am only using on 1 PC no other security products except Malwarebytes & Superantispyware both free versions that i use for scanning now and again. I have noticed that in my account alongside my product it states never downloaded which i find confusing. Last year when i renewed i bought the 2010 version on disc used the product key and later upgraded to 2011 with no problems at all. I have no complaint with the product at all. Just to confirm i have been on the Norton upgrade page and that confirms i am running the latest version. Do i just ignore it.
