I just bought NIS2011 yesterday and when I install it on the computer (overtop Norton Anti-virus 2010), and sintall when smmothly. But when we restarted the computer after updating the definitions (and everytime the computer comes on after that), the computer's startup is VERY slow and NIS2011 comes up with the Red X and says that all the settings are turned off, the definitions are out of date, and it says that there are 0 days left on the subscription. What is causing this?
I purchased this program because it LOOKED better than the standard Anti-Virus, but now I wish I had just bought the standard version like I always did.
