I have been living with the following and hoping to find a solution to this, not impressed with this bit of update as it worked in the 2010 and earlier versions:
the plugin Norton Antispam button greyed out (non-clickable) in Ms Outlook 2007 (Platform Windows 7 pro 64bit)
I have did a search before posting this thread, found some useful info on this forum but it still dows not address to my problem, which the earlier versions of NIS is perfect with, those threads are closed so i cant append to it to highlight my findings.
my scenerio:
Norton Antispam button is working in my "Inbox"
but i have multiple email accounts and i created new subfolders under inbox (eg Subfolder inbox A- for Email account A) and so on, following by creating rules in outlook to identify all incoming mails and distribute them accordingly into the respective inbox subfolders - So, the new messages will be in the subfolders when i see them first intsance.
the Antispam button will be greyed out from the subfolders onwards, it only works in the Main inbox folder ("root?")
pls advise if this will be addressed? I am only posting this because i loved the antispam button , until version 2011.
