I went to download the latest beta version of "Dropbox" from the official forums and they had a link to the latest version which is 1.0.5. That link is:
dl-web.dropbox.com/u/17/Dropbox%200.8.105.exe
When I click that link I get a "Malicious Web Site Blocked" page, but I also get a download prompt from Firefox 3.6.9. I can then save the executable without Norton stopping it. Now the executable is safe (NIS 2011 even said so) so the website warning is bogus, but it doesn't seem right that Norton is "stopping" you from going to the executable, but the executable downloads anyway.
