NIS 2011 - Spam email handling

Just installed NIS 2011, default options, on Win7 PC. Using Outlook 2010. Using private email server (Internet America), ie not gmail, hotmail, etc.

 

When a spam email appears in my inbox, looks like I now have to tab over to the Norton tab, then select "This is Spam". 

 

It seems to put a copy in the "Junk Email folder", but the original is still in my inbox.  Nothing is going to the Spam folder. At that point do I still have to delete the original ?  Why isn't this a one step deal?   And hopefully I will never see that email repeated again. 

 

I remember the older versions, you could right click, select "This is Spam" and that was it, worked perfectly, one step only.
