What is causing the "Symantec Framework Service Stops Working" error..?
When Ever I try to use the Network Map function in NIS 2011 DANISH version, I get this error message:
"Symantec Framework Service has stopped Working" ..!
Using a Backup of my OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit from Jan 12 2011I found that the Network Map function is working.,..
But when I run LIVEUPDATE ( today Jan 19 2011), NIS 2011 download and install 10 updates, demands a restart and after reboot I get the problem AGAIN....
Symantec Support tried to help me Yesterday.. (Jan 18 2011)
- 2 different supporters, using Remote Assist, tried numerous times to fix the problem, by uninstalling / reinstalling NIS 2011, uninstalling other progarmas and messing about i the REGISTRY. All failed to fix the problem..
- I was finally asked if I wanted to be called from the SUPPORT Center later tomorrow, (which I agreed..) BUT NO Call yet... :-)
Can ANYBODY PLEASE help me out..
