Hello,
I installed NIS2011 from CD about 4 weeks ago and it has been running fine until today. I noticed the toolbar icon showed that NIS was off and I have been unable to restart it. The UI will not start from the toolbar or the desktop. I downloaded the product removal tool from the Norton website and removed/reinstalled the package but the problem remains.
The product was purchased (from Amazon) with a 1 year, 3 PC licence.
Is anyone able to help me with this?
