On two different computers in the last 3 weeks I have had to reinstall NIS2011 a total of 11 times, after using the Removal Tool each time. Now tonight on the second machine, I received multiple errors with the Download Manager (and my XP) indicating a "problem" with the download. Any suggestions? I am fast losing confidence in Symantec and NIS and am thinking of replacing with competing software.
Each machine runs XP Pro on old Dell Precision Workstations with 3GBG RAM and Seagate or Western Digital 1TB internal (and external) HDD with the Norton downloaded and installed to the internal C:\ drive. [the font on this message board works about as well the the NIS.]
Any help would be appreciated.
