Earlier this morning I downloaded NIS 2011, as we've been having problems for the last few days with NIS 2010. After running Live Update, we keep getting the message Protection files failed. When re-running Live Update, the History says that the Update was completed, yet it obviously wasn't. When I'd finished installing 2011, I ran Live Update and everything was updated; I tried again a few minutes ago, as the scan said there was a problem, and the same message croped up again! Help, 'cos this is driving me crazy!!
