Hi Allen  the bank of america login was working fine with nis 19.2 the update to 19.5 is causing the problem with the two page login .         I have also a local credit union  with a two page login that also does not auto fill in. It does this in both firefox 9.0.1 and internet explorer 9.    ALF60

Hello, the patch did fix my TIVO.COM login but for going to GMAIL it still brings up the Google Accounts screen. It used to work in NIS 2011 and will work in NIS 2012 but only if I go to Google.com and click gmail.

The problem with BofA has been reproduced by another Guru who has the 19.5 patch. It has been reported to Symantec.

For my 2 issue's, yes they were fine in 19.2.I use AI Roboform Desktop, so I never bothered with setting up NIS's Identity Safe.

Just to clarify, was the local credit union site with two page login working before live update installed the 19.5 update?

Hi AllenM  The local credit union sign in was working fine  with   nis 19.2 with firefox 9.0.1 and IE9 . I did find a problem with my norton account  with firefox 9.0.1 did not auto fill but it does auto fill with IE9 go figure. the url for the credit union is https://mfa.cuone.org/auth/Authorize?fiid=272479841 The main url is https://www.cuone.org ALF60
