NIS 2012 and 2013 crash after several minutes

Hello,

After my subscription expired and I renewed it and then downloaded 2013 and installed it both 2013 and 2012 NIS crash after running for several minutes.  I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both 2013 and 2012 multiple times the installation works fine but they both just stop working after several minutes. I’m running a Dell 6500 with 16 GB of ram on windows 7 64 bit. The event log has the following error. Please help.
