NIS 2012 and Cisco's Network Magic Pro Computer Reports

I've been dealing with Cisco/Pure Networks tech support for a little over a week and we don't seem to be getting anywhere so I thought I'd see if anyone here has any experience with the interaction of these two programs.

 

I installed the Network Magic program on my 3 PCs that reside on my home network (all running NIS 2012 ver 19.6.1.8, OS: Windows XP SP3) I had no problems with installation or set up on any machine. The only thing that refuses to work is the Computer Reports function does not work properly (and Cisco's support seems positive it's NIS blocking something, but they won't tell me what).

 

What I see happening on my end is the Network Magic program appears to set up the reports function normally, I receive a conformation e-mail from the Cisco server (except when I use and aol.com address ?:smileyfrustrated: ) and I can see all the data on my 3 PCs on the Cisco server by following the link in the program. The only thing I never receive is the reports e-mails.

 

Anyone have any ideas?
