Norton Antispam (2012) worked fine for months. Then suddenly it quit recognizing any spam I received. I tried un-integrating it and re-integrating it (with a reboot in the middle) several times. I didn't have time to work on it for a while and just lived with manually marking all spam ("This is spam").
Time has freed up a bit again, and I'm back to trying to fix it. I hoped when I upgraded to NIS 2013 the problem would be fixed, but no such luck. I tried un-integrating again, but that also didn't work.
Then earlier today when I booted up my computer I was informed that NIS was turned off. I could not turn it back on manually, and the Norton Autofix didn't work. I ended up chatting with support, where the technician uninstalled and then reinstalled my NIS. Even that didn't fix it!
Since the reinstall, I've tried un-integrating and re-integrating, with rebooting, and that hasn't changed a thing. All spam remains in my inbox, unflagged. I even downloaded Norton Power Eraser and ran it, but it found no threats.
I've run out of ideas and now I can't get Norton Support Chat to work ("IE cannot display the webpage"). Any help out there? Anyone else in the same boat?
