I just upgraded from NIS 2011 to 2012. Under 2011, I could use my adroid smartphone to tether my laptop to the internet. Since loading 2012, it is blocked. If I disable the smart firewall, I can still tether. I can't seem to find what setting is blocking it. Any ideas about what setting I need to tweak?
