NIS 2012 error: There was a problem starting cceraser.dll

I have just upgraded my NIS to 2012 version. I left my computer for about half an hour and when I got back there was a message window with an error that there is a problem with starting cceraser.dll, because the file can not be found. Message window's title was RunDLL.
I have checked that reported directory (C:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\NIS_19.1.0.28\Definitions\VirusDefs\20110909.016) is empty but cceraser.dll can be found in C:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\NIS_19.1.0.28\Definitions\VirusDefs\20110909.024

I tried to attach PNG with the screenshot of the windows, but the attachment was rejected.

Maybe the problem is caused by some race condition problem in the NIS 2012 application, so that scanner is not aware about updated definitions?
