NIS 2012 has problems with proxy software

I refer to this:

and decided to open a new thread as this looks like a serious problem that Symantec needs to look into.

 

With both Tor and kproxy NIS is showing all kinds of problems see in the above thrad and now with virus protection turning off and cannot be turned back on. Probably needs *sigh* a restart.

 

Restart worked and just in case did a live update and full system scan and nothing turned so the problem is tha one stated above.

no because I do not want NIS to go through the proxy. I only want to use the proxy for IRC. Not for Web not for anything else.

 

And I think that this is not the problem there is another kind of interaction for NIS to show all this strange behaviour
