Hi,
I'm new to this, but I have a problem apparently since upgrading from NIS 2011 to 2012 and renwening subscription I can't access my ID cards. I do not see the choice that I had before ( use New card 1 etc). I can edit the cards, duplicate them but Have no to use them. I hve tried all help screens etc. Everything Including my logins are functional. I just don't get the option to use the ID cards. I would appreciate any help.
