I have used NIS for many years. ID Sate worked normally in NIS 2011 and in early 2012. After several updates, the organization of the ID Safe changed. I had multiple folders which each contained numerous logins. After the updates, the number of folders visible has been truncated to only nine. Additionally, the number of logins visible per folder has been limited. The ninth folder only shows six of many logins. The individual logins are still in the database. If "More" is selected the other folders and logins are present. This problem has NOT been corrected despite multiple updates after the problem was introduced. This severely impacts the utility of this feature.
I realize that a similar free product has been developed. How about taking care of paying customers?
