NIS 2012 + Identity Safe randomly crash

I get following error message when NIS 2012 and Identity Safe both crash:

 

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information.

 

Norton autofix could not repair it.

 

I have done all steps mentioned here this link was given by auto fix with no help:

Norton Support personnel did some checks and scans in my computer trough remote connection we were unable to resolve the issue and I was unable reproduce this crash but now it has come back.
