I have installed NIS 2012 today on 2 computers. The first, on Windows 7, works great. The 2nd, on XP, works fine as long as you are signed in as the administrator, but immediately after entering the password for the non- administrator (teen son), the keyboard quits working.
After it quits working for the teen user, it may or may not work for the admin. Rebooting restores it for the admin.
For the record, after installing NIS 2012 on 2nd computer, I activated Online Family for that machine. I have since removed Online Family on that machine.
Any help appreciated.
